Housewarming Party! Old Key Theme

So the very next weekend after the Retirement Party I was asked by my cousin to decorate for he and his new bride's Housewarming Party at the same location! I thought that using an old skeleton key as inspiration was a neat idea so I ran with it.  We had old keys everywhere! Luckily Michael's had them in their dollar section in all shapes and sizes. I thought it turned out well.

Tugboat Captain Retirement Party

I was honored when asked to decorate a retirement party for my great uncle. He has been a tugboat captain his whole life! I love a nautical theme party so this was right up my ally. I feel like I should be living on the water somewhere. Maybe I will one day when I am retired!! Here are some pictures from the party.

Well I did it! I finally got off the fence and joined the It Works Global family! I am so excited to start this journey with the guidance of my sister in law who is booming with this company!  I have been a loyal customer for 9 months and have tried most of the products. Turn Your Spare Room Into A Dressing Room

I was enlisted to help my Aunt decorate her new home. She is turning one of the extra bedrooms into a dressing room. She wants very neutral tones throughout the house so this is what I came up with as inspiration. These items come from Joss & Main, Target and Home Depot. What do you think?

Quick Baby Shower Card

I'm about to head out the door to my besties baby shower and realized I forgot to pick up a card! I decided to take the template I created for my mom's 60th birthday food tents and turn it into a quick baby shower card. The shower and nursery colors are pink and gold so I found the cutest gold and brown paper chevron gift bag at target. I stuffed it with pink tissue paper and made a pink and gold card to match. I used my mini hole punch to tie the card to the bag. I think it turned out cute!
